a. Honey for better sleep:

Consume two tea spoons of honey before going to sleep

b. Honey with herbal tea for detox:

You can add honey to the different tea variants

c. Honey with weight loss:

Take one glass of water add half tea spoon cinnamon and one tea spoon honey to it. mix it well and drink it.

d. Honey for cough:

Four tea spoon lemon and 8 tea spoon honey.

Mix lemon juice and honey together, consume one tea spoon of this mixture.

f. Honey for sore throat:

One tea spoon lemon juice and 2 tea spoon honey.

Take one glass of warm water add lemon juice and honey to it mix it well and drink.

g. Honey for toothache:

One tea spoon cinnamon, apply a small amount of cinnamon honey mixture directly to your tooth.

h. Honey for Sinus problem: 

Two tea spoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tea spoon honey.

Take 250 ml of warm water, add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey to it mix it well and drink it.

i. Honey for Cold:

One tea spoon lemon juice and 1 tea spoon of honey.

Take one glass of warm water add lemon juice and honey, mix it well and drink with water twice in a day.
