Early in the day: Orange Juice

Juice for oranges by hand or in a juice machine

for extra supplements include one glass lemon juice and one container grapefruit

Early afternoon: Green Juice

one cucumber, one green apple, three celery stalks, one lemon with skin, a bunch of kale bunch of spinach, bunch of parsley

Evening: Beet Juice

One extremely little beet, three carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1 bit of ginger, one red apple, one lemon with ring
